Training today was like hardcore!

Morning PT we did Roadrun( 3.6km) , sian my group( Me, Qiheng, Chieun Wei and Edward) came in 17 mins or late 16 mins... sian really wanted to improve... ): But i think i still can do it within 16 mins(:

GUYS monday we having the new comers to come for try outs(: but we still having coach training in the gym (:

Anyway, we did monkey for stickwork again, except this time can dribble and move, my lifting ball up passes not very accurate, too used to ground passes. After that, we did break in(1) drill and then we did a forward vs defender drills, me and qiheng was like fighting about who better(: obviously me right? (haha jking... depends on situation lar(: )Then we did a drill which was a forward had assist from another player to test our forward skills. Defenders must try to go in front of the forward to intercept the pass made to prevent the forward to score. ALL these are known as ball cover or pass cover. We also did spin dribble with the ball to get away from the defender to try out our leg movement and spin dribble to score.

Then for Afternoon Pt, omg! Mr Wright 's PT was a killer. WE did 4 rounds of running the tracks, then did sprints (i think 7 sets) ; I damn scared of the softball liao! I win Qiheng all the sprints(: heh aiya u get better running with me right? Then we went indoor, did 100 push ups ( 5 sets of 20 push up), 80 of squats, a lot of crutches, 4 sets jumping up down exercise. After all these, it was really tiring but worth it! Haha then i played with coach new rage blade, not bad for wirst shots(: haha joanne funny, bring home his stick, say want get all the luck from his stick(; keep trying mans.
