WE did pt first before stickwork, ran 4 warm up rounds, sprint 4 sets of intervals and did 120 crutches and 120 squats. After that, we ended PT and chase the girls out or rather i chase them out(: haha

Today stickwork was a lot of training of passes and ball control, jiawei told me these 2 are the most important basic to know.

WE did simple dibble, simple double and 1,2 passing. Later on, we have a forward vs defender drills, aim is to teach us how to brake and fake to move up to take a shot(:

After these, we played games, 3 vs3. I was in Gary line until i switched to qiheng and dylan line(:

We played against the seniors( Jiawei and Jonathan) and sean(: OMG Jonathan is damn fast, i saw his sprint dibble from the front view, omg awesome, see all the shots damn gay! Wants to be like him(: as for me, i suck today, missed 3 shots): but i assisted dylan one goal(: Nice goal dylan(: haha Jiawei tell me that the team need to work on more passes, he say our team generally passes not that smooth(:
