HEY guys and girls, ROADRUN is over(:
THE results are whooping nice(: 3 girls got into top20( applause to Sijia, Yuxian and Brenda) 2 guys got into top20(applause to Jun Ching and Kaixiang) Finally for guys, the SH1 and 2 need to complete under 16 mins 3 sec 23 guys made it and 7 guys didnt(: BUT good job guys(: the results are considered not bad when we first thought we couldn't made it(: AND many thanks to those people that cheer me on and motivate me during the race; special thanks to Dick Hong, WeiChen, Gabriel, Joshua,Kaixiang and Jun Ching(: Esp Dick Hong! haha thanks for pacing me(: P.S Joshua, u are really surprising! How u run so fast sia?!!! ANW tmr we having PT in the morning,( Death round penalty for Roadrun) Then we have Mr Wright PT in the afternoon And stickwork later with Coach at Hockey D. -Hun Quan
